General Rules and Policies
_WORKSPACE Bedford is dedicated to providing a productive, welcoming, and collaborative working environment for all members and guests. Rather than providing an exhaustive rule-book, our goal is to empower all members to be accountable as professionals in our community and the spaces we share. This code is part of our culture and is a gentle reminder of the requirements of everyone who uses our spaces, whether as a valued member or as an organizer or attendees of a meeting and other events taking place at all of our locations. _
-Office Members have unlimited access to the premises. Please turn off all lights when leaving after posted business hours.
-Members and Guests are permitted only during posted business hours, unless other arrangements are pre-approved in writing by a Workspace representative.
-Please respect our non-smoking (within 10 feet of the building) and drug free policies
-Please do not post notices or hang anything on any walls in Workspace, unless other arrangements are pre-approved in writing by a Workspace representative.
-Please remove your personal belongings from the kitchenette on a daily basis
-You are responsible to remove personal items and tidy up food and drink items from all meeting areas after use
-Please respect the Privacy and Confidentiality of all members, guests and Workspace personnel.
-Meeting Room privileges cannot be exchanged, bartered or sold by any Office Members under any circumstance, unless other arrangements are pre-approved in writing by a Workspace representative.
-You are responsible for your own personal belongings at all times. We advise that each member locks their office upon departure at all times.
-Workspace is not responsible for lost or stolen materials or belongings.
-Workspace security entrance keys must be returned on expiry; otherwise a $50 fee per key will be assessed. Lost or stolen keys are also subject to a replacement cost of $50.
-Please do not remove from the meeting rooms, offices or common areas any furniture, equipment, accessories, supplies or small wares belonging to
-Workspace, unless other arrangements are pre-approved in writing by a Workspace representative.
-Harassment of any nature of members, guests, suppliers and Workspace personnel, will not be tolerated.
-Pets are not permitted in Workspace or the building.
-Children are not permitted in Workspace during business hours without prior approval.
